Kevin G. Keegan

President

Responsibilities

As President of The KGK Group, Inc. Mr. Keegan has overall responsibility for the company's performance. Mr. Keegan relies on his extensive experience in the banking, real estate and facilities services industries. He provides strategic direction for the company and its clients and is the architect of the Integrated Services Platform from which the company operates. An innovative leader, Mr. Keegan continually looks for ways to improve client returns through creative marketing and management techniques.

Work Experience

Prior to starting The KGK Group Mr. Keegan served in several senior capacities for real estate development, management and service providers. Most recently he ran Velocity Sports Performance, a franchised sports performance company. His primary responsibilities included working on strategic initiatives while running the operations and developing the company's real estate platform. Prior to running the franchise organization, he was a Division President for an $850 million full service facilities services company where he was responsible for turning around and leading the largest division with revenues in excess of $220 million throughout the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Mr. Keegan's innovative approach to management allowed him to continually improve revenues and operating income on an annual basis to some of the highest levels in the industry.

Mr. Keegan has also served as Chief Operating Officer for a real estate company that developed high-end student housing apartment communities. As COO he was responsible for the operating performance of the facilities, including marketing, management and maintenance. He also played a significant role in site selection and product design. With his strong University involvement, Mr. Keegan was elected President of the Osprey Board at The University of North Florida.

Mr. Keegan's asset management experience was honed in Chicago where over his career he over-saw and repositioned a variety of commercial real estate assets. His responsibilities included developing marketing and operational plans designed to meet client objectives. Clients included TIAA, Nomura, Travelers, Cigna and Illinois Teachers Pension Fund. His success in marketing a two million square foot mixed-use facility was recognized by his peers and the Chicago Sun-Times which selected him as a finalist for Broker of the year.

Education & Accreditations

Mr. Keegan is a graduate of Illinois State University where he minored in real estate and received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He later received an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago with an emphasis in finance. Mr. Keegan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and Florida and is certified as a Real Estate Property Administrator (RPA) and Accredited Real Estate Manager (ARM).

Arthur E. Keegan

CFO

Responsibilities

As CFO of The KGK Group, Inc. Mr. Keegan has overall responsibility for the company's financial integrity. Mr. Keegan relies on his extensive experience in the banking, regulation and finance industries.

Work Experience

Mr. Keegan has served in several senior capacities in the finance, banking and public sectors. Most recently he has been responsible for coordinating Asset/Liability Management for HSBC Finance Corporation. Key responsibilities included managing and monitoring global interest rate positions, developing derivatives strategies and reviewing sub prime loan portfolios for the Company.

His background also includes providing consulting services in which he used financial modeling techniques to enhance cash management processes and cash flows as well as analyzed client investment portfolios for compliance and effectiveness. He has also served as Director of Internal Audit for the State of Illinois where he served on the Investment Policy Committee. While in this position he assisted in development of the investment strategy for the States $6 billion portfolio. He was also responsible for analyzing the secondary SBA loan market for asset diversification purposes.

Banking experience includes serving as a Vice President at the first National Bank of Chicago where he served as the Unit head for the Merchant Banking area. Key responsibilities included identifying risk exposures and improving department efficiencies in an effort to increase profitability. While at the bank he also was audit manager for the International and Capital Markets departments.

Mr. Keegan's experience also includes trading T-Bond futures at the Board of Trade and establishing an investment group to trade funds for investors.

Education & Accreditations

Mr. Keegan is a graduate of the University of Illinois where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He later received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with an emphasis in finance. Mr. Keegan has a CPA, CFA and CBA certifications.

Timothy Petry - Principal, Long View Partners

Mr. Petry has over 20 years of diversified experience in investment banking and financial and operational consulting. He is currently a partner of Long View Partners, a middle market investment and merchant bank. Mr. Petry has led various corporate finance, M&A and divestiture projects in a variety of industries. He has served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer on previous and current management assignments. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois and holds a Masters in Management from Northwestern University.

Leonard Amari - Partner, Amari & Locallo

Mr. Amari is a seasoned real estate tax attorney and partner in the law firm of Amari & Locallo. He is the former President of the Illinois Bar association and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The John Marshall Law School. He is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School and Northern Illinois University.

Frank Pearce - Principal, Pearce & Associates

Mr. Pearce is principal of the executive search firm bearing his name. He has over 20 years of management consulting experience along with an accomplished background in governmental, construction, real estate development and advertising industries. He has held numerous volunteer posts and is active in his church and volunteer work in his community. Mr, Pearce is a graduate of Clemson University.
